Official Rules

Important: Please read these Official Rules before participating. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Entrants represent that they satisfy all the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The “C4 ENERGY® Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes” (this “Sweepstakes”) begins on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Woodbolt Distribution, LLC, dba Nutrabolt, 332 Grace Lane, Austin, Texas 78746 (“ ENERGY” or "Sponsor"). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative Zing Promotion Group, LLC, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803 ("Administrator"). The Sponsor and Administrator are collectively referred to below as the "Sweepstakes Entities". This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, administered, offered, executed, or produced by Circle K Stores Inc. (“Circle K” or “Retailer”). Retailer is responsible for the collection and processing of Inner Circle entries only and is not responsible for the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the Winner (as defined below) selection, or the fulfillment of the Prize (as defined below).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age (or the older age of majority in their state of primary residence) and meet all other requirements in these Official Rules (each an "Entrant"). Employees of the Sweepstakes Entities, Retailer, and each of their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agencies, shareholders, officers, directors, members, successors, agents, and assigns, together with the Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "Household Members" means those people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related; "Immediate Family Members" means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. This Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter this Sweepstakes through the two (2) methods of entry detailed below. Eligible entries received for each method of entry shall generally be referred to as an “Entry” or the “Entries”. For purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" means any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:01 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET. Under no circumstances will an Entrant receive more than six (6) Entries per Day, regardless of Entry method or combination of Entry methods. Entries from any Entrant in excess of the limitations set forth herein will be void.

1. C4 Energy® Purchase with Circle K’s Inner Circle: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrant must purchase one (1) or more 16 oz C4 Energy® products at a participating Circle K location and present their Inner Circle account information at checkout by either providing their phone number at the terminal or having the Circle K App scanned to receive one Entry into the Sweepstakes (each, an “Inner Circle Entry” and collectively, the “Inner Circle Entries”). An Entrant will receive one (1) Inner Circle Entry per 16 oz C4 Energy® product purchased, up to a maximum of six (6) Inner Circle Entries per Day. A full list of eligible 16 oz C4 Energy® products is provided after Section 14. Circle K’s Inner Circle rewards program is free to join. The Circle K App can be obtained for free by visiting the Google Play or Apple App Store, downloading the Circle K App to a compatible web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device, and following the in-app instructions to complete an account profile. Data rates may apply. Participation in Circle K’s Inner Circle rewards program is subject to the Inner Circle Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.circlek.com/inner-circle/terms-and-conditions.

   For Inner Circle Entry: Inner Circle Entries must be received by June 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET. Rewards points may still be accumulated for Inner Circle purchases that exceed the entry limitations, but no additional Sweepstakes Entries will be awarded. The Entrant must be the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) of the registered Inner Circle account associated with the Inner Circle Entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant or potential Winner will be deemed the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the Inner Circle account. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person in whose name the email account was opened, if such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. If a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein.

2. FREE Mail-In Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrant must handwrite the “Required Information” listed below on a 3” x 5” index card and send it via USPS mail to the address below to receive six (6) Entries into this Sweepstakes (each, a "Mail-In Entry" or collectively, the "Mail-In Entries"). Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and received by Monday, July 6, 2026. Mail-In Entries postmarked after June 30, 2026, or received after July 6, 2026, will not be accepted.

   Each Mail-In Entry must be in a separate handwritten envelope, and each must be mailed separately. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced envelopes or entries are not eligible. All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrants will receive six (6) Entries into this Sweepstakes for each eligible Mail-In Entry received by the Sweepstakes Entities. Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per person per Day. Entrant is permitted two (2) postmarked Mail-In Entries for either Saturday or Monday (to account for a Sunday entry) and two (2) postmarked Mail-In Entries on either the Day before or after a federal holiday (to account for the holiday entry). The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due Mail-In Entries.

For All Entry Methods: Any deliberate attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple or different identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void such Entrant's Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified from this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, macro, script, automated, or other means that subvert the entry process will be disqualified. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsors. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHODS OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to violate any term contained in these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: As a condition of participation, each Entrant agrees to be contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities. On or about July 7, 2026 (the "Drawing Date"), the Administrator will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible Entries received to select the potential Winner of the "Prize" outlined in Section 6. Pending confirmation of eligibility and completion of the steps outlined below to claim the Prize, the Administrator will confirm the potential winner as a "Winner".

Within approximately two (2) days of the Drawing Date, the potential Winner will be notified via email and/or Adobe Sign at the email address associated with their corresponding Inner Circle Entry or Mail-In Entry. The potential Winner must respond (as directed) to the notification within three (3) business days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The potential Winner will be required to verify their address, sign, and return within three (3) business days of initial notification one or more forms covering eligibility, liability, advertising, and (unless prohibited by law) publicity rights, and such other documents the Sweepstakes Entities may require (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Forms”). Before their Prize can be awarded, the potential Winner must provide the Sweepstakes Entities with a valid Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the Winner by the Administrator in February 2027 for the full value of the Prize received. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the Prize or receipt of the Prize.

If an email address is invalid or a potential Winner fails to respond as directed or within the time provided, the Prize may be forfeited. If a potential Winner forfeits the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or decline the Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected at random from the eligible Entries in accordance with the aforementioned procedures.  The Sweepstakes Entities will attempt to contact up to five (5) potential Winners of the Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If the Prize is awarded but ultimately goes unclaimed or unutilized, such Prize will not be re-awarded at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules.

If applicable, the Winner's travel companion (a "Guest") must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence, unless the Winner is the minor Guest's parent or legal guardian. If the Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty (20), their Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to check in to the hotel. The Guest (and, in the case of a minor Guest, their parent or legal guardian) must verify their address and execute a Travel Companion Release, as directed by the Administrator. Failure to return the executed Travel Companion Release within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the participation of the Guest.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein.

6. PRIZE (1 Available):  The prize consists of a 6-Day/5-Night trip for the Winner and one (1) Guest to O’ahu, Hawaii (the “Prize”). The Prize includes:

• Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near the Winner's home to Honolulu, Hawaii, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500.00 USD.
  • If the Winner lives on the island of O’ahu, air travel will not be provided, and the Winner will be compensated a total of five hundred dollars ($500 USD) in lieu of air travel for any alternate travel expenses.
• Hotel accommodation for up to five (5) nights at a hotel in the Waikiki Beach area of O’ahu, Hawaii (one double-occupancy room; room and tax only), with an ARV of $3,000.00 USD.
• Ground transportation and spending allowance of $1,500.00 USD, awarded in the form of a check made out to the Winner.

The total ARV of the Prize is $7,000.00.

The Winner, in their sole discretion, may opt for the cash alternative of $7,000.00 in lieu of the trip.

TRAVEL MUST BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 20, 2026. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or its designee. If a Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize without a Guest, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner only, and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Once the Prize is booked, no changes, extensions, or substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Prize may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and may not be valid for upgrades. All airline tickets are subject to flight variations, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid Real ID or government-issued passport) and are solely responsible for obtaining such valid identification before travel and the associated costs for these requirements. The Winner and Guest agree to undertake to accept and use the Prize at their own risk. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth in the Prize description. Any travel costs not specifically outlined in the Prize description shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall be solely responsible for all costs, expenses, and incidentals associated with Prize acceptance and use, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, beverages, gratuities, in-room charges, personal incidentals, spending money, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Upon hotel check-in, and at the hotel's sole discretion, the Winner (or their Guest if the Winner is under 21 years of age) will be required to provide a valid major credit card or another acceptable form of payment for security and incidental hotel expenses. All in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to the Winner's hotel room will be charged to the credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.

Winner and Guest shall conduct themselves with due regard to the public conventions and morals during their use of the Prize. If a Winner or Guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities) is obnoxious, threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to revoke the Prize and send the Winner and/or Guest home with no further obligation or compensation.

Released Parties (as defined below) maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air carrier, transportation company, hotel, or restaurant (each, a "Providing Party" and collectively, the "Providing Parties"), and Released Parties are merely independent suppliers of their products and/or services and are not in any way related to each Providing Party. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (a) by wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of those Providing Parties or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (b) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any Providing Party, (c) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Released Parties, or (d) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Released Parties.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities and Retailer shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, or injury or death) to any Entrant in connection with: (i) participation in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any damage or loss due to human error, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information; (ii) acceptance/possession, use/misuse and/or defects of the Prize awarded herein and any Sponsor products or services purchased therewith; (iii) any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind; (iv) any damage to an Entrant’s (or a third person’s) computer, network, and/or phone and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; and/or (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in this Sweepstakes, if possible.

8. RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all Entrants (including the Winner) agree to forever release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities, Retailer and each of their respective parent companies, partners, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, employees, and advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or related to Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize. Each Entrant waives any and all rights to claim ambiguity, should it even exist, in connection with these Official Rules.

BY ENTERING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST RELEASED PARTIES RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE AND HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT, OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, OR PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THEREWITH, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR SUITABILITY FOR USE. The failure of the Sweepstakes Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to any act of God, storm, hurricane, tornadoes, other inclement weather, fire, riot, earthquake, act of terrorism, act of public enemies, war, civil unrest, or actions by governmental authorities outside the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable law), or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules by the Sweepstakes Entities.

Entrants who are California residents assume the above mentioned risks and agree that their release shall apply to all unknown or unanticipated results of the occurrences described above, as well as those known or anticipated, and such Entrants hereby knowingly waive any and all rights and protections under California Civil Code Section 1542, which section reads as follows: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant’s permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the Winner's name, biographical information, photographs, videos, voices and/or any other likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation or notice.

10. PRIVACY: The personal information collected through this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://cellucor.com/pages/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”). By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities may store, share, and use the personal information submitted for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, for their internal purposes, and for Sponsor’s marketing and advertising activities, and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules, in the Privacy Policy, and as otherwise permitted by law. All personal information collected through the Circle K App is subject to Circle K’s privacy policy available at https://www.circlek.com/privacy-policy.

11. DISPUTES: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE FINALLY RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION AND SHALL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT BY CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO RULE ON ANY CHALLENGE TO ITS OWN JURISDICTION OR TO THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. ARBITRATION SHALL BE HELD IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF TRAVIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL AN ENTRANT SEEK TO RESCIND ITS AGREEMENT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Each Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will they be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, expenses, or costs of whatever nature arising from this Sweepstakes. Each Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased in any form. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes corrupts the integrity, administration, or fairness of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or other individual it finds to be: (i) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the smooth operation of this Sweepstakes, (ii) taking any action which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iii) otherwise violating these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor is not capable of running this Sweepstakes as-planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (iv) hold a drawing excluding any Entrants suspected of taking any action which violates these Official Rules or otherwise tampering with the operation of this Sweepstakes, and whose Entries were received as of or after (if applicable) such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date, or (v) take any other action which is fair and equitable under the circumstances.

13. WINNERS LIST REQUEST: For the winner list (first name, last initial, city, and state only), send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Creative Zing –C4 Hawaiian Getaway Sweepstakes Winner, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Requests must be received no later than September 7, 2026.

14. NEW JERSEY TRUTH-IN-CONSUMER CONTRACT, WARRANTY AND NOTICE ACT - NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS: The following provision applies to residents of the State of New Jersey. Pursuant to the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice ACT (“TCCWNA”), N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq., certain businesses are not permitted to offer or enter into written consumer contracts with consumers or prospective consumers which include any provision that violates any clearly established legal right of a consumer, or responsibility of the business, as established by state or Federal law. These Official Rules are intended to comply with TCCWNA. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the TCCWNA, the terms of the TCCWNA take precedence and will control. The TCCWNA also requires businesses to specify which provisions are void, unenforceable, or inapplicable in the State of New Jersey. The following provisions of these Official Rules shall not be applicable to New Jersey residents: (i) provisions which limit the Sponsor’s liability for any tortious action or breach of contract by Sponsor; and (ii) provisions which limit the amount of damages which may be sought for any tortious action or breach of contract by Sponsor.
